Ship or pick up? It's your choice! While all items are available for shipment, items may be purchased online for pick-up at a Walmart store.
Choose a Store
You can choose a store by searching a particular zip code or by searching a city and state. We'll let you know which stores in your designated area have the selection you're looking for. Then you let us know which store is most convenient for you.
Purchase Online
Once you've chosen a store, you'll go through the same online Checkout process to purchase your items. Your order can contain items to be picked up, items that are shipping to you, items that are being shipped to someone else as a gift, or a combination of all of these. Once we've processed your order, we'll send you an order confirmation e-mail that summarizes your purchases.
Pick Up In Store
When your item is ready for pick-up:
- You'll receive an e-mail confirmation from the store that has your item to be picked up.
- You can expect to hear from us usually within one hour of placing your order online (when ordering during regular business hours).
- Please bring a photo ID with you, along with the credit card you used to purchase the item, for verification purposes.
Your item will be waiting for you at Customer Service, where we'll be happy to take care of any gift services you may need.
Shipping
